Tanya and the team at Benton Rise Farm are wonderful, it's such a special place to go. From the fantastic old produce trains filled with delicious local delicacies and fresh fruit and vegetables, to the goats and chickens not to mention their coffee and cakes which are amazing ! Stopping in at Benton Rise Farm to slow down and grab a coffee whilst stocking up on your weekly fresh fruit and veggies is certainly time well spent.

Fantastic spot to enjoy after visiting Funky Farm. The food was enjoyable and not badly priced for a tourist destination. Lots of stuff to do for the kids. You can sit back and relax and you know the kids will be safe and having a good time. Also an old tram has a market inside.

Great spot for taking the kids, there’s a little produce shop inside an old train car, there’s a old tram that serves as a kids playground, there’s a few animals, the food is from the coffee shop, I had an iced coffee with tiger nut milk and it was quite refreshing, the sitting area is big and sits lots of people, there’s also free range chit running around, the staff is lovey

Really enjoyed our visit to Benton Rise. It’s a beautiful spot with a great atmosphere and plenty to see and take in. The surroundings are fantastic and it’s the sort of place where you can slow down, have a wander and actually enjoy the experience rather than just passing through. A really enjoyable place to visit and definitely worth putting on the list if you’re in the area. We’d happily come back again. 👍

I can’t believe we haven’t visited Benton Rise Farm sooner!! It’s so gorgeous and such a wonderful place for children (and adults) to explore. My daughters and I visited today for the first time and we absolutely loved our time here. The cafe has a great selection of tasty fresh food and the coffee was excellent. The staff were all so friendly, warm and welcoming. There’s so many wonderful places to rest, including an awesome vintage tram! It was obvious from the moment we drove in that a lot of care is taken to maintain this beautiful farm, making it such a delight to visit. There’s also a wonderful produce store, offering delicious products from a variety of local suppliers. Benton Rise Farm is so awesome, we can’t wait to visit again soon!

The vibe here since the new owners has been wonderful, the tram is stocked with so many organic goodies, I had some cherry tomatoes that were honestly the way real tomatoes should taste. If you value your health and quality produce, can afford to support local makers and growers - this is the place!

Very quaint farm with free range chickens, sheep n goats. Spacious for kids to wander and explore around the gardens, or play on the playground or explore in the train carrage. So relaxing with plenty of seating options . Also super dog friendly (dogs must be on leash). The fresh produce sold in the train shop is amazing. The cafe has good stock of yummy snacks. And lastly, the staff is super sweet, friendly, so cheerful and so welcoming.

Benton Rise Farms is a great local farm gate on the Mornington Peninsula. The produce is fresh, seasonal, and consistently good quality. It’s an easy place to stop in, take your time, have a coffee and pick up what you need. The farm setting makes it a good spot for families as well, with animals there for the kids to enjoy. A solid option if you’re looking for fresh local produce and a more relaxed farm gate experience.

Visited here over a week ago. Such a cute and unique little produce store & café — definitely worth adding to your list when exploring the Mornington Peninsula region. The produce shop being set inside a vintage tram is such a charming touch, and the small animal farm makes it a really lovely stop, especially for families. Everything felt relaxed, welcoming, and a bit different from your usual stopovers. A great little hidden gem for a casual visit.
